About Atvo Enterprises Ltd

Atvo Enterprises Limited was initially incorporated as 'Trendy Knitwear Limited' in March, 1995 at Hyderabad.
The name of the Company was changed from 'Trendy Knitwear Limited' to Vandana Knitwear Limited on 16th July, 2012 and has renamed to 'Atvo Enterprises Limited' from Vandana Knitwear Limited on March 26, 2025, by issuing a new Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies. Initially, Company focused on manufacturing and exporting high-quality designer socks.
Promoted by R C Bhargava and associates, the Company set up a 100% Export Oriented Unit (EOU) in Andhra Pradesh with technical collaboration for producing cotton, nylon, and acrylic socks. The Board of Directors at its meeting held on 28th October, 2024, approved the alteration of the Main Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company.

Dhanlaxmi Cotex Limited got registered with ROC, Maharashtra dated 19 January, 1987.
The Company is mainly engaged into business of Finance and Share Trading activity. Company diversified in stock broking & acquired membership of BSE & NSE. BSE membership became operational from 28 February, 2000 in M R Share Broking Pvt.
Ltd while NSE membership became operational from 9th August 2000. Company is promoted by the well known Dhanlaxmi Group with experience of more than three decades in textiles & investments.
Dhanlaxmi Group started 30 years ago with trading in textiles by Mr. Ramautar S. Jhawar.
Within few years, the Group set up its own weaving unit, yarn dyeing & a process house with own investment catering to needs of garment exporters.
