Automobile Products of India Limited was incorporated on September 12, 1949 and is incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956.
Company is principally engaged in the business of trading and consultancy.
Initially, it has been in the business of manufacturing & trading in Automobile Products and Automobile parts. Open Offer made by Kiyana Real Estate Pvt Ltd. was made in 2011-12 pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 1997, which completed on December 2, 2011, by making KIYANA as Promoter of the Company in 2012. Company carried trading in Polyethylene products in India during the period 2013. The Company started the business of Commodities Vehicle Management Services in FY2015-16.
In FY17, it started the ticketing business of providing international & domestic ticketing for the international and domestic travels by various clients, It also rendered the real estate related consultancy services in 2017.

Prima Innovation Limited was incorporated as Public company under the Companies Act, 2013 with the Central Registration Centre dated June 20, 2024.
The Company is engaged in Material handling business having state of art facility at Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh. Prior to the Scheme of Arrangement becoming effective, Company was a wholly owned subsidiary of Prima Plastics Limited.
The Company was incorporated with the objective to engage in business of Rotational Moulding Business.
Pursuant to the Scheme becoming effective on March 31, 2026, the Rotational Moulding Business of Prima Plastics Limited, having its manufacturing facility in Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh and Daman, Gujarat got demerged in the Company as a going concern basis with effect from July 1, 2024.
The Company has allotted 1,10,00,470 Equity Shares to the shareholders of Prima Plastics Limited.
