About Axis Solutions Ltd

Axis Solutions Limited, initially known as 'Saya Housing Finance Company Limited' was incorporated in December, 1985.
The name of the Company was changed to 'Asya Infrastructure & Tourism Corporation Limited' in March, 2008 and further to 'Asya Infrastructure & Tourism Corporation Limited' in March, 2010 and to 'Asya Infosoft Limited' in 2013.
Now, the name of the Company is again changed to Axis Solutions Limited on July 22, 2025. Founded in 1999, under the leadership of Mr. Bijal Sanghvi, AXIS started with analytical and analyzer system solutions like CEMS, SWAS, GAS, Purge Panels, HVACM Analyser Shelter, TOC, COD, EQMS Analysers.
The aim was to cater to oil & gas, petrochemical, refineries, power plants, coal & mining, chemical and other engineering verticals in India, SAARC countries, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and other countries of the EMEA region.

Manugraph India Limited, formerly known as Manugraph Industries Limited was incorporated in April, 1972.
The name of the Company was changed from Manugraph Industries Limited to Manugraph India Limited during the year 2002-03.
Company is the largest manufacturer of single width web-offset printing presses in India and has a significant share of the world market for its products.
It was initially manufacturing older type of letter press printing machines.
The product was extended to Web Offset Machines and Sheet-Fed Offset machines. In Aug.'93, MIL came out with a Rs 5.58-cr rights issue of 18.63 equity shares at a premium of Rs 20 each.
