About Axita Cotton Ltd

Axita Cotton Limited was incorporated as Private Limited Company with the name 'Axita Cotton Private Limited' at Ahmedabad on July 16, 2013.
Consequent up on the conversion of the Company from Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company, the name of the Company was changed to 'Axita Cotton Limited' on October 15, 2018.
Company is in Manufacturing sector, it is engaged in Cotton Bales Manufacturing.
The Company is also involved in Trading and Export of Raw Cotton Bales, Yarn, Cotton Seeds and Agri Commodities. Before incorporating the company, the Promoters, Mr. Nitinbhai Govindbhai Patel and Mr. Amitkumar Govindbhai Patel along with other relatives started business under a Partnership Firm named, Aditya Oil Industries in 2007.
It was formed to start business of production and trading of Seed cotton (Kapas), Cotton Seed, Cotton Seed Oil, Cotton cake etc and for which land admeasuring area of 5708 Square Meters was acquired at Chattral, Kadi Road, Mehsana.

About Nagreeka Exports Ltd

Nagreeka embarked on its journey in 1953 with modest trading operations under Mr. I. L. Patwari and his family.
Following nearly six decades of experience; the Company built a reputation in over 40 countries and today; it has emerged as a leading manufacturer and exporter of plastic-coated aluminium and steel tapes and laminates, yarns, textiles, cotton along with aluminium and plastic containers. In 1953, Shri Ishwarlal Patwari, the genesis of Nagreeka, entered the textile business at Kolkatta.
Initially, the Company dealt primarily with cotton yarn and within a decade, Nagreeka Exports, became a renowned name for yarn exports across the globe.
This spearheaded a new office in Mumbai and by 1995, a state-of-the-art Spinning Plant was established at Kolhapur. Incorporated in Mar.'89, Nagreeka Exports Ltd (NEL) was started to set up a 100% export-oriented spinning unit for cotton yarn.
