About Axita Cotton Ltd

Axita Cotton Limited was incorporated as Private Limited Company with the name 'Axita Cotton Private Limited' at Ahmedabad on July 16, 2013.
Consequent up on the conversion of the Company from Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company, the name of the Company was changed to 'Axita Cotton Limited' on October 15, 2018.
Company is in Manufacturing sector, it is engaged in Cotton Bales Manufacturing.
The Company is also involved in Trading and Export of Raw Cotton Bales, Yarn, Cotton Seeds and Agri Commodities. Before incorporating the company, the Promoters, Mr. Nitinbhai Govindbhai Patel and Mr. Amitkumar Govindbhai Patel along with other relatives started business under a Partnership Firm named, Aditya Oil Industries in 2007.
It was formed to start business of production and trading of Seed cotton (Kapas), Cotton Seed, Cotton Seed Oil, Cotton cake etc and for which land admeasuring area of 5708 Square Meters was acquired at Chattral, Kadi Road, Mehsana.

About Pioneer Embroideries Ltd

Pioneer Embroideries Limited (PEL), promoted by Rajkumar Sekhani and Manak Chand Baid, was incorporated in October, 1991 at Bombay to design and manufacture embroidery fabrics and laces at GIDC. The Company is a manufacturer of Special Polyester Filament Yarn (SPFY), Embroidery & Lace Products.
It has 4 manufacturing units located at Kala-amb in Himachal Pradesh for SPFY and Sarigam in Gujarat, Naroli in Daman & Nagar Haveli, Coimbatore in Tamil Nadu for Embroidery and Laces. PEL came out with a public issue in Sep.'93 to part-finance this project.
The project was delayed by six months due to non-arrival of machinery and technical problems and went on stream only in Mar.'94. During 1996-97, to improve the bottom lines of the company and to meet the growing demand in fashion industry, it has taken up a expansion project at Silvassa by importing 12 computerised embroidery machines having installed capacity of 46 lac meters p.
