Axita Cotton Limited was incorporated as Private Limited Company with the name 'Axita Cotton Private Limited' at Ahmedabad on July 16, 2013.
Consequent up on the conversion of the Company from Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company, the name of the Company was changed to 'Axita Cotton Limited' on October 15, 2018.
Company is in Manufacturing sector, it is engaged in Cotton Bales Manufacturing.
The Company is also involved in Trading and Export of Raw Cotton Bales, Yarn, Cotton Seeds and Agri Commodities. Before incorporating the company, the Promoters, Mr. Nitinbhai Govindbhai Patel and Mr. Amitkumar Govindbhai Patel along with other relatives started business under a Partnership Firm named, Aditya Oil Industries in 2007.
It was formed to start business of production and trading of Seed cotton (Kapas), Cotton Seed, Cotton Seed Oil, Cotton cake etc and for which land admeasuring area of 5708 Square Meters was acquired at Chattral, Kadi Road, Mehsana.

About Pratik Panels Ltd

Pratik Panels Limited was incorporated in 1994.
Initially, Company was engaged in manufacturing of Timber products like Lumber, Decking, Veneers, Lipping Patti and related timber products.
It developed Export products like Decking Panels / Sheets & Decking Kits for Boat and Yachts.
These new developed products were accepted by yacht builder but taking longer timing to establish due to recessionary phenomenon. At present, Company is engaged in trading in metal scrap, coals, graphite electrodes & other industrial inouts. The Company had stopped all its manufacturing activities at its plant at Raipur and sold its undertaking comprising of factory building and land in the year 2015-16. Due to change in management of the Company, Company ventured into new line of business viz.
Manufacturers, producers, processors, importers, exporters, buyers, sellers of and dealers in all kinds of Textiles, fibres, fabrics and yarns and hosiery goods during FY 2021-22.
