About Axita Cotton Ltd

Axita Cotton Limited was incorporated as Private Limited Company with the name 'Axita Cotton Private Limited' at Ahmedabad on July 16, 2013.
Consequent up on the conversion of the Company from Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company, the name of the Company was changed to 'Axita Cotton Limited' on October 15, 2018.
Company is in Manufacturing sector, it is engaged in Cotton Bales Manufacturing.
The Company is also involved in Trading and Export of Raw Cotton Bales, Yarn, Cotton Seeds and Agri Commodities. Before incorporating the company, the Promoters, Mr. Nitinbhai Govindbhai Patel and Mr. Amitkumar Govindbhai Patel along with other relatives started business under a Partnership Firm named, Aditya Oil Industries in 2007.
It was formed to start business of production and trading of Seed cotton (Kapas), Cotton Seed, Cotton Seed Oil, Cotton cake etc and for which land admeasuring area of 5708 Square Meters was acquired at Chattral, Kadi Road, Mehsana.

About Sanathan Textiles Ltd

Sanathan Textiles Limited was incorporated as a Private Company under the name Sanathan Textiles Private Limited' on October 10, 2005, issued by the Registrar of Companies, at Kolkata.
Subsequently, Company converted into a Public Company and its name was changed to Sanathan Textiles Limited', by the RoC vide fresh certificate of incorporation on November 18, 2021 at Ahmedabad. The Company is engaged in the manufacture and sale of polyester, texturized and cotton yarn (POY - Partially Oriented Yarn, FDY - Fully Drawn Yarn, DTY - Draw Textured Yarn, ATY - Air Textured Yarn, twisted yarn and polyester chips). The Company took over the business of manufacturing polyester yarn from Sanathan Texturisers with an operational capacity of 4,500 MTPA in 2006.
Thereafter, in 2007, it started cotton yarn manufacturing at facility located in Silvassa with a capacity of 1,500 MTPA.
