Axita Cotton Limited was incorporated as Private Limited Company with the name 'Axita Cotton Private Limited' at Ahmedabad on July 16, 2013.
Consequent up on the conversion of the Company from Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company, the name of the Company was changed to 'Axita Cotton Limited' on October 15, 2018.
Company is in Manufacturing sector, it is engaged in Cotton Bales Manufacturing.
The Company is also involved in Trading and Export of Raw Cotton Bales, Yarn, Cotton Seeds and Agri Commodities. Before incorporating the company, the Promoters, Mr. Nitinbhai Govindbhai Patel and Mr. Amitkumar Govindbhai Patel along with other relatives started business under a Partnership Firm named, Aditya Oil Industries in 2007.
It was formed to start business of production and trading of Seed cotton (Kapas), Cotton Seed, Cotton Seed Oil, Cotton cake etc and for which land admeasuring area of 5708 Square Meters was acquired at Chattral, Kadi Road, Mehsana.

Incorporated as a Private Limited Company in May 1988, Sybly Industries Limited, formerly known as Sybly Spinning Mills Limited was promoted by Satya Prakash Mittal, Mahesh Chand Mittal and Umesh Kumar Mittal.
It became a Public Limited Company in May 1995.
Its manufacturing units are located in Ghaziabad District of Uttar Pradesh.
The Company is engaged in manufacturing & trading of yarn & fabrics. The company started with the manufacture of merchandised cotton yarn with an installed capacity of 240 TPA. Commercial production commenced in Oct.'89.
In 1991-92, first expansion was carried out to enhance the installed capacity to 660 TPA. In 1995-96, the company expanded its activities by going in for backward integration to manufacture cotton yarn for captive consumption.
