About AYM Syntex Ltd

AYM Syntex Limited was initially incorporated as Kothari Leasing Limited on March 31, 1983.
Thereafter, the name of the Company was changed to Kothari Polyesters Limited on 15 March, 1991 and to Welspun Syntex Limited on 26 July, 1991 and subsequently was changed to AYM Syntex Limited on 18th December 2015.
Since its incepon, it has grown manifold and today is amongst the largest manufacturers and exporters of Polyester Filament Yarn, Nylon Filament Yarn and Bulk Connuous Filament Yarn from India. The Company set up a texturising unit at Silvassa in 1988 at a capital outlay of Rs 1.58 cr.
Thereafter, more machines were added for twisting and draw twisting.
WSL's other unit is located at Palghar (Thane district), Maharashtra.

About Swasti Vinayaka Synthetics Ltd

Established by Ramprasad Poddar of the Siyaram Poddar Group, Swasti Vinayaka Synthetics Limited (SVSL) was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company in 1981 with the name 'Rajesh Synthetics Limited'.
It changed the name to 'Swasti Vinayaka Synthetics Limited' on 10th September, 1999.
Till 1989, SVSL was a part of the Siyaram Group.
Progressively, it went on to build its own brand 'Vinayaka'. The Company ideals in Textiles Fabrics, Readymade Garments and Yarn Doubling.
It launched aggressive marketing schemes and introduced variety of cotton and P/C shirting fabrics to cater to the demand of the RMG and Corporate sector. The Company has modern weaving facilities comprising of Somet Super Excel Looms, yarn doublers and stitching facilities at its two plants located at Tarapur and Palghar in Maharashtra, which cater to over 4 lakhs of linear metres per month.
