Baba Food Processing India Limited was incorporated on April 22, 2015, as Baba Food Processing (India) Private Limited with the Registrar of Companies, Jharkhand at Ranchi.
Subsequently, Company got converted to a Public Limited dated July 20, 2023 changing the name of the Company to Baba Food Processing (India) Limited'. The Company is engaged in the business of manufacturing high fibre Whole Wheat Atta (Wheat Flour), Refined Flour (Maida), Tandori Atta, Semolina flour (Sooji) in refined flour division.
The state of art manufacturing unit is situated in Ranchi and houses two divisions namely, high fibre whole wheat atta division and refined flour division.
The Company manufacture high fibre Whole Wheat Atta (Wheat Flour) in whole wheat atta division and Refined Flour (Maida), Tandori Atta, Semolina flour(Sooji) in refined flour division.

About Ruparel Food Products Ltd

Ruparel Food Products Limited was initially incorporated as a private limited Company as Mehta Housing Finance Private Limited.
It was converted into a Public limited Company in August 1994 and the name was changed to Mehta Housing Finance Limited and further, the Company has changed the name to Ruparel Food Products Limited w.e.f.
January 29, 2025.
Initially, Company was engaged in Leasing, Hire Purchase, and Merchant Banking activities. The company had started with the building Housing Finance Portfolio and has deployed an amount of Rs. 50 lacs on the same, right from the start the company concentrate in establishing the housing loan port-folio in and around Ahmedabad.
Mehta Housing engaged in providing long term housing finance for purchase or construction of house/flats to individuals.
