About Baba Food Processing India Ltd

Baba Food Processing India Limited was incorporated on April 22, 2015, as Baba Food Processing (India) Private Limited with the Registrar of Companies, Jharkhand at Ranchi.
Subsequently, Company got converted to a Public Limited dated July 20, 2023 changing the name of the Company to Baba Food Processing (India) Limited'. The Company is engaged in the business of manufacturing high fibre Whole Wheat Atta (Wheat Flour), Refined Flour (Maida), Tandori Atta, Semolina flour (Sooji) in refined flour division.
The state of art manufacturing unit is situated in Ranchi and houses two divisions namely, high fibre whole wheat atta division and refined flour division.
The Company manufacture high fibre Whole Wheat Atta (Wheat Flour) in whole wheat atta division and Refined Flour (Maida), Tandori Atta, Semolina flour(Sooji) in refined flour division.

Waterbase Limited, is part of Karam Chand Thapar (KCT) Group, a diversified Indian conglomerate with business interests in sectors ranging from Coal and Infrastructure to Real estate, and Aquaculture.
Founded in 1929, Waterbase Ltd is an aquaculture company based at Nellore, Andhra Pradesh and was incorporated in November, 1987.
The Company is into the business of manufacturing and sale of Shrimp Feeds and Shrimp Aquaculture for over 3 decades.
Apart from this, it is also in the business of Shrimp Hatchery. The company's 100% integrated aquaculture EOU consisting of a hatchery, a farm, a feed mill and a process plant set up in consultation with Luxe Enterprises, Taiwan was commissioned in July 1993.
