About Beekay Steel Industries Ltd
Beekay Steel Industries Limited was incorporated on March 28, 1981.
The Company is principally engaged in the business of manufacturing of Hot Rolled Steel Sections, Bright Bars, Structural Items and Thermo Mechanical Treatment (TMT) Bars.
The products have diverse direct industrial and manufacturing applications, including construction of tanks, railway cars, engineering equipment, automobiles and truck parts.
The customized rolled steel products of different sizes; shapes and grades are intended to meet the requisite requirements of customers.
As of 31st March, 2025, the Company's production capacity was 2,75,000 for rolled bars, 40,000 MTPA for bright bars and 6,41,000 MTPA for TMT Bars.
The Company commenced production in Unit II of Beekay Special Steel in Vizag in 2019.
It strengthened retail marketing by acquiring the business of soleselling distributors in Coimbatore, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Pune effective from 1st February, 2020.

The Company is engaged in the manufacture of Stainless Steel, Alloy & Special Steel, Carbon/ Mild Steel and Armour Steel in Flat and Long products of which it makes Hot Rolled Coils, Sheets & Plates , Cold Rolled Coils & Sheets , Hot Rolled Round Bars , Bright Round Bars , Hot Rolled Flat Bars , Angles, Beams etc.
The company came out with a public issue in Dec.'92 to part-finance an expansion scheme, and to meet long-term working capital requirements.
The company has embarked on a Rs 6.53-cr project to manufacture stainless steel and other alloy products, financed by GIIC. It has put up a hot plate rolling mill at a cost of Rs 36.75 cr.
