About BGR Energy Systems Ltd

BGR Energy Systems Limited was formerly incorporated as GEA Energie Systems India Private Limited. on February 18, 1985.
In October 1986, Company's name was changed to GEA Energy System (India) Private Limited and upon the conversion into a public limited Company, the name was changed to BGR Energy Systems Limited in June, 2007. The Company is a manufacturer of capital equipment for Power Plants, Petrochemical Industries, Refineries, Process Industries and undertakes turnkey Balance of Plant (BOP) and Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) contracts for Power plants.
The Company has been achieving its objectives through its five business units: Power projects, Electrical projects, Oil and Gas equipment, Environmental engineering and Air Fin Coolers. The company was the joint venture company between GEA Energietechnik GmbH, Germany and B G Raghupathy, the promoter to produce and sell On-line Condenser Tube Cleaning Systems, Debris Filters and Rubber Cleaning Balls used in Thermal and Nuclear Power Plants.

Desco Infratech Limited was originally incorporated on January 19, 2011 as 'Desco Infratech Private Limited' with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat.
Subsequently, the status changed to Public Company and the name of the Company was changed to 'Desco Infratech Limited' on July 26, 2024 vide fresh certificate issued by the Central Processing Centre. The Company is mainly engaged in providing infrastructure and maintenance services to city gas distribution divisions in India.
It engage in activities such as pipeline laying, installation, testing, erection and commissioning services for Piped Natural Gas (PNG) utilized by both domestic and commercial users and in its operation and maintenance services. The Operation and Maintenance services holds both underground and above ground gas pipeline work for carbon steel and MDPE pipelines.
