Sundaram Clayton Limited was initially incorporated as a private limited company as TVS Commodity Financial Solutions Private Limited' dated August 29, 2017 issued by the Registrar of Companies.
The name of the Company was changed to Sundaram - Clayton DCD Private Limited' and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated February 8, 2022 was issued by the Registrar of Companies.
Subsequently, it was converted from a private limited to a public limited company and renamed as Sundaram - Clayton DCD Limited' dated February 24, 2022.
