About Bharat Road Network Ltd

Bharat Road Network Limited (BRNL), incorporated in December, 2006 at Kolkata, is a road BOT Company in India, focused on development, implementation, operation and maintenance of roads and highways infrastructure projects.
It is presently engaged in designing, building, operating, maintaining and carrying out all other activities pertaining to road projects. BRNL was formed to participate in the country's ambitious highways development, primarily through BOT models under Public-Private Partnership (PPP) frameworks.
During the financial year ended 31 March 2006, the company was awarded BOT Project for (a) four laning of the existing two lane portion of the Thrissur -Angamali section of NH-47 from km 270 to km 316.70 (there is a missing chainage of 6.70 km) and (b) improvement, operation and maintenance of the Angamali - Edapalli section from km 316.

About Telge Projects Ltd

Telge Projects Limited was originally incorporated under the name 'Telge Projects Private Limited' under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated January 16, 2018, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre.
Company converted the status into a public Company and the name was changed to 'Telge Projects Limited' and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated January 02, 2024, was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Pune. Presently, Company is engaged in comprehensive range of engineering design services, such as building information modeling (BIM), structural engineering design, material take-offs (MTO), 2D drafting and architectural design to ensure seamless project execution.
