About Bhudevi Infra Projects Ltd

Bhudevi Infra Projects Limited was originally incorporated on January 13, 1992 as United Fish-Nets Private Limited' in Andhra Pradesh.
Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed to United Fish-Nets Limited' vide Fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated July 20, 1993.
Further, it was changed to Nylofils India Limited' on February 28, 1996 and further to AARV Infratel Limited' on July 28, 2016. In 2022, the takeover of the Company was completed by a new promoter group led by Bhasker Kanyalal Bhatt, along with Rohan Rajendra Bhatt, Pathika B Bhatt, and Madhav B Bhatt.
Following the 2022 acquisition, the Bhatt family took over control of the Company, and it was later altered from Aarv Infratel Limited to Bhudevi Infra Projects Limited with effect from 9 September, 2022.
The Company changed its business from Telecom Infrastructure to Real Estate through postal ballot dated 14th August, 2022.

Cinevistas Limited (Previously known as Cinevista Communications Limited) was incorporated in 1993, as partnership firm and was converted into private limited company in May, 1997.
Later on , the Company got converted into a public limited company in December, 1999 and the name of the Company was changed to the present one.
It is primarily engaged in the business of producing and exhibiting commissioned television programmes, feature films, ad commercials, etc. particularly in Hindi language and regional language content.
The Company diversified its business and got into the business of Real Estate.
Some of the popular programmes produced by Cinvesta and telecast on various channels are Katha Sagar, Zindagi, Gul Gulshan Gulfam and Junoon.
