About Bhudevi Infra Projects Ltd

Bhudevi Infra Projects Limited was originally incorporated on January 13, 1992 as United Fish-Nets Private Limited' in Andhra Pradesh.
Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed to United Fish-Nets Limited' vide Fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated July 20, 1993.
Further, it was changed to Nylofils India Limited' on February 28, 1996 and further to AARV Infratel Limited' on July 28, 2016. In 2022, the takeover of the Company was completed by a new promoter group led by Bhasker Kanyalal Bhatt, along with Rohan Rajendra Bhatt, Pathika B Bhatt, and Madhav B Bhatt.
Following the 2022 acquisition, the Bhatt family took over control of the Company, and it was later altered from Aarv Infratel Limited to Bhudevi Infra Projects Limited with effect from 9 September, 2022.
The Company changed its business from Telecom Infrastructure to Real Estate through postal ballot dated 14th August, 2022.

About Gyan Developers & Builders Ltd

Incorporated as a private limited company in May 1992 at Chennai, Gyan Developers & Builders Limited was converted into a public limited company in March, 1994.
The Company was promoted by Gouthamchand, Ashok Raj and Sampath Raj Jain.
Presently, the Company is engaged in in developing of residential buildings in Chennai. The Company came out with a public issue in February, 1995 to part-finance its project of developing houses in various places and to meet the long term working capital requirements of the Company. The Company offer complete project management including planning, scheduling, budgeting, site coordination and quality control.
The team handles new constructions such as residential apartments, homes, complexes, office buildings and industrial facilities.
It undertake public and private infrastructure projects such as roads, drainage systems, water lines, culverts and utility supplies.
