About Bhudevi Infra Projects Ltd

Bhudevi Infra Projects Limited was originally incorporated on January 13, 1992 as United Fish-Nets Private Limited' in Andhra Pradesh.
Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed to United Fish-Nets Limited' vide Fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated July 20, 1993.
Further, it was changed to Nylofils India Limited' on February 28, 1996 and further to AARV Infratel Limited' on July 28, 2016. In 2022, the takeover of the Company was completed by a new promoter group led by Bhasker Kanyalal Bhatt, along with Rohan Rajendra Bhatt, Pathika B Bhatt, and Madhav B Bhatt.
Following the 2022 acquisition, the Bhatt family took over control of the Company, and it was later altered from Aarv Infratel Limited to Bhudevi Infra Projects Limited with effect from 9 September, 2022.
The Company changed its business from Telecom Infrastructure to Real Estate through postal ballot dated 14th August, 2022.

Peninsula Land Limited (PLL), the real estate arm of the brand Peninsula under the group of Ashok Piramal Group was incorporated on 10th August 1871 as a textile unit in the name of 'The Morarjee Goculdas Spinning & Weaving Company Limited'.
In January 2004, name of the company was changed from Morarjee Goculdas Spinning & Weaving Company Limited to Morarjee Realties Limited and was further changed to 'Peninsula Land Limited' in March, 2005.
