About Bhudevi Infra Projects Ltd

Bhudevi Infra Projects Limited was originally incorporated on January 13, 1992 as United Fish-Nets Private Limited' in Andhra Pradesh.
Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed to United Fish-Nets Limited' vide Fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated July 20, 1993.
Further, it was changed to Nylofils India Limited' on February 28, 1996 and further to AARV Infratel Limited' on July 28, 2016. In 2022, the takeover of the Company was completed by a new promoter group led by Bhasker Kanyalal Bhatt, along with Rohan Rajendra Bhatt, Pathika B Bhatt, and Madhav B Bhatt.
Following the 2022 acquisition, the Bhatt family took over control of the Company, and it was later altered from Aarv Infratel Limited to Bhudevi Infra Projects Limited with effect from 9 September, 2022.
The Company changed its business from Telecom Infrastructure to Real Estate through postal ballot dated 14th August, 2022.

Sikozy Realtors Limited (formerly known as Griffin Chemicals Limited) was incorporated in the State of Maharashtra as a Public Limited Company on 23rd July, 1992 and obtained Certificate of Commencement of Business on 8th October, 1992.
The name of the Company was changed from Griffin Chemicals Limited to Sikozy Realtors Limited on February 12, 2009.
Company is engaged into the business of construction of residential and commercial properties. The Company is in the process of setting up a project to manufacture Epoxy Resins and Sulphanlic Acid.
The Company will manufacture 2040 TPA of Epoxy Resins and 1500 TPA of Sulphanilic Acid.
Though there are existing manufactures of these products in organised and unorganised sectors at present, looking to increasing demand for the products, Company decided to manufacture these products.
