Bilcare Limited was incorporated in July, 1987 as Bhandari Paper Products Private Limited and converted into a public limited company on October 27, 1994.
The name of the company was changed to BI Limited in 2001 and further was changed to Bilcare Limited on October 1, 2003.
The Company is a research-based organization primarily engaged in manufacturing specialty pharmaceutical packaging barrier films.
It provides pharmaceutical research services, clinical services and packaging systems and material. The company's key products include packaging films, aluminum foils, wrap systems, cold formed blisters, closures and containers, and paper composites.
They also offer research services, including preformulation studies, formulation development, analytical research, stability studies, packaging audit and packaging development and design.

About Cresanto Global Limited

Cresanto Global Limited was initially incorporated as a private limited company on March 30, 1992, in the name of 'Raymed Labs Private Limited.' Pursuant to a special resolution passed by the members on September 27, 1993, the Company was converted into a public limited Company and renamed as Raymed Labs Limited.
Further, on April 21, 2025, the members approved the change of name of the Company from Raymed Labs Limited to Cresanto Global Limited. The Company was earlier engaged in the business of pharmaceuticals.
With the induction of the new management following the takeover of the Company, a strategic review of the existing business activities was undertaken.
Considering the emerging opportunities, long-term growth prospects, and alignment with the vision of the new Promoters, the Board of Directors, at its meeting held on 27%' January, 2025, approved a proposal for alteration of the main objects of the Company.
