Incorporated in November 1992, Company is engaged in the business to impart education in field of Art, Commerce, Science, Computer Software, Computer Hardware, Business Management, Hotel Management, Engineering& Technical Education and in all innovative fields that may be useful to segments of society by setting up centers, institutes, colleges, universities including Distance Learning Programmes etc.

Usha Martin Education & Solutions Limited (UMESL), promoted by K Jhawar Brij, was incorporated on August 18, 1997 under the name and style of 'Telecable Industries Limited'.
The Company's name was changed to Usha Martin Infotech Limited (UMITL) dated March 2000.
In order to align its name to business thrust area, the Company changed its name from Usha Martin Infotech Limited to Usha Martin Education & Solutions Limited in 2009. The Company is engaged in providing training to both freshers and experienced professionals in different technical and functional modules of ERP. It has also initiated to impart training on customised ERP modules such as Hybris and Big Data and assist the neighbouring countries to get trained and to enhance the employability skill.
Company has started imparting training on E-commerce, Sales Force Commerce Cloud and CRM Software to the employees of various corporates and sister concerns.
