About Bright Brothers Ltd
Incorporated as a Private Limited Company in July, 1946, Bright Brothers Limited (BBL) was converted into a Public Limited Company in October, 1994.
BBL was promoted by S T Bhogwani.
The Company presently engages in manufacturing injection moulded plastics products for supplies to Original Equipment Manufacturers for Consumer Durable Industry and market them under 'Brite' brand for material handling crates.
In Dec.'94, BBL came out with a public issue of 10.65 lac equity shares at a premium of Rs 55 each aggregating Rs 6.92 cr, to part-finance a project to set up an injection moulded plastic components unit at Gurgoan, Haryana; and for office seating systems at Tarapur, Maharashtra, totalling Rs 22.15 cr.
BBL is a pioneer in the plastics industry and has products ranging from houseware to consumer electronics, car and motor accessories, under the brand name Brite.

Dhabriya Plywood Limited was originally incorporated on October 20, 1992, as 'Dhabriya Agglomerates Private Limited'.
The Company was converted into Limited Company as 'Dhabriya Agglomerates Limited' with effect from 21.08.2014 and thereafter name of the Company was changed from 'Dhabriya Agglomerates Limited' to 'Dhabriya Polywood Limited' on August 28, 2014.
It is headquartered in Jaipur in Rajasthan and having its manufacturing units at two places in Rajasthan at Jaipur as well as in Tamilnadu at Coimbatore.
Apart from this, it has a marketing network spread throughout India to cover all major markets and engages in Manufacturing and Retailing of PVC & uPVC products.
In 1995, the company established first manufacturing unit at Jaipur for manufacturing of extruded PVC Pipes and subsequently in 2007 and 2011, Manufacturing (Fabrication) Unit of uPVC Windows & Doors was established in Jaipur.
