About Broach Lifecare Hospital Ltd

Broach Lifecare Hospital Limited was incorporated as 'Broach Lifecare Hospital Private Limited' dated April 25, 2023, with the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre.
Further, in accordance with the main objects, the Company acquired the sole proprietorship concerns of Dr. Jaykumar Narendra Vyas, the Promoter comprising of the Hospitals i.e.
Dr. Vyas's Heart Hospital and Dr. Vyas Hospital pursuant to a Business Transfer Agreement date July 17, 2023.
Thereafter, the Company was converted into a public limited Company and the name was changed to Broach Lifecare Hospital Limited' dated November 7, 2023 at ROC, Ahmedabad. The Company operates boutique Hospitals under the brand 'Maple Hospitals' and provides dedicated round-the-clock services to patients with heart ailments consisting of non-invasive cardiology services such as, 2D Echocardiography, Electrocardiography, Tread Mill Test, Holter monitoring, Ambulatory Blood Pressure Measurement, Stress test, Dobutamine Stress Echocardiography in June 2023, the Company ventured into interventional cardiac services such as, coronary angiography and stenting, percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) and primary PCI for acute myocardial infarction as a division.

About Metropolis Healthcare Ltd

Dr. Sushil Kanubhai Shah, one of the Promoters, commenced pathology business in January 1980 as a partnership firm in the name of Dr. V. K. Desai's Hospital, having Dr. Kanubhai M. Shah, Dr. Sushil Kanubhai Shah and Dr. Vasant Kalyandas Desai as partners.
The partnership was continued by Dr. Sushil Kanubhai Shah, Dr. Kanubhai M. Shah and Dr. Duru Sushil Shah from September 30, 1981 onwards.
In June 1989, upon death of Dr. Kanubhai M. Shah, the partnership was continued by Dr. Sushil Kanubhai Shah and Dr. Duru Sushil Shah.
Prior to March 18, 1995, Dr. Sushil Kanubhai Shah was also carrying on a business of radioimmunoassay and pathology laboratory on a sole proprietorship basis.
