About Genesis IBRC India Ltd

Genesis IBRC India Limited was formerly incorporated as Fine Plast Polymers Limited in October, 1992.
Thereafter, the name of the Company was changed from Fine Plast Polymers Limited to SSK Lifestyles Limited in October, 2014 and further was changed from SSK Lifestyles Limited to Genesis IBRC India Limited in January, 2018.
Promoted by P M Rao, P Janardhana Rao, P Rama Rao and their Associates, the Company came out with a public issue in Dec.'93 to part-finance the setting up of its plant in Pamur, Andhra Pradesh.
The plant has an installed capacity of 432 tpa for rigid PVC pipes and 778 tpa for PVC fittings. Initially, Company manufactured rigid PVC pipes and fittings like tees, elbows, adopters, reducers, end caps, etc. used in agriculture and agro-based activities like sprinkler irrigation systems, process piping, oil and gas and shipping industries.

Limited' on 23 January, 2006 and later on, the Company was converted into a Public Limited Company on October 16, 2007 and subsequently, the name was changed to Lotus Eye Hospital & Institute Limited on April 12, 2013. Founded in 1990 by renowned ophthalmic surgeon late Dr. S.K. Sundaramoorthy, the Company operates 9 Eye Care centers in Tamil Nadu and Kerala: 7 Centres in Tamil Nadu: Coimbatore (Peelamedu, RS puramand Saravanampatti), Salem , Tirupur Mettupalayam and Karur. 2 Centresin Kerala: Kochi and Mulanthuruthy. Lotus Eye Care Hospital is the state of art eye care hospital group functioning in South India with specialization in super-specialty service related to eye care.
