The name of the Company was changed from Quantum Softech Limited to Quantum Build-Tech Limited in October, 2006 and with the permission of Ministry of Corporate Affairs and after taking in Principal Approval with the Exchange, Company has changed its name from Quantum Build-Tech Limited to Cemantic Infra Tech Limited in 2025.
The Company is primarily engaged in Construction of Residential Complexes. In 2006, the name of the Company was changed in line with the activities in real estate and construction of residential buildings.
The Company completed the construction of residential buildings at 'Dreamvalley' gated residential colony along with two other builders & Land Owners Association.

National Standard (India) Limited (Formerly known National-Standard Duncan Limited) was incorporated on August 20, 1962.
The Company attained a new change in name to 'National Standard (India) Limited' from National-Standard Duncan Limited in September, 2003.
