ITD Cementation India Limited was incorporated on June 24, 1978 as 'Cemindia Company Limited' and obtained Certificate of Commencement of Business on 6th November, 1978.
The Company changed its name from Cemindia Company Limited to Kvaerner Cementation India Limited in 1995 and further to Skanska Cementation India Limited in July, 2001.
Subsequently, the name was changed to ITD Cementation India Limited from Skanska Cementation India Limited in June, 2005. ITD Cementation is one of the prominent and leading engineering and construction companies in India, renowned for its expertise in undertaking heavy civil and EPC projects.
The Company play a pivotal role in driving India's industrial growth by delivering specialised infrastructure solutions across sectors such as power, steel, petrochemicals, institutional buildings, factories and warehouses.

ISGEC Heavy Engineering Limited, incorporated in 1933, is a Heavy Engineering Company having two segments i.e.
Manufacturing of machinery & equipment and Engineering, Procurement & Construction.
Manufacture of machinery & equipment comprise manufacture of process plant equipment, mechanical and hydraulic presses, alloy steel and ferrous castings, boiler tubes & panels and containers.
Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) comprise contract manufacturing and execution of projects for setting up boilers, sugar plants, power plants, material handling equipment and air pollution control equipment for customers in India and abroad. The company had undertaken the expansion of the Titawi sugar factory and the Mawana sugar factory. In 1993, the company's subsidiary, namely, ISGEC Covema Plastics, was granted a letter of intent for setting up a 2500 tpa sugar plant at Kamoda in the Kurukshetra district of Haryana.
