ITD Cementation India Limited was incorporated on June 24, 1978 as 'Cemindia Company Limited' and obtained Certificate of Commencement of Business on 6th November, 1978.
The Company changed its name from Cemindia Company Limited to Kvaerner Cementation India Limited in 1995 and further to Skanska Cementation India Limited in July, 2001.
Subsequently, the name was changed to ITD Cementation India Limited from Skanska Cementation India Limited in June, 2005. ITD Cementation is one of the prominent and leading engineering and construction companies in India, renowned for its expertise in undertaking heavy civil and EPC projects.
The Company play a pivotal role in driving India's industrial growth by delivering specialised infrastructure solutions across sectors such as power, steel, petrochemicals, institutional buildings, factories and warehouses.

About Semac Construction Ltd

Semac Construction Limited was initially incorporated as a Private Company on May 30, 1977 as Revathi Equipment Private Limited.
The Company was converted into a Public Limited Company on November 4, 1977 resulting the change in name of the Company to Revathi-CP Equipment Limited and again from Revathi-CP Equipment Limited to Revathi Equipment Limited in 2001-02.
Later, the name was further changed from Revathi Equipment Limited to Semac Consultants Limited in July, 2023.
Presently, the Company has attained a new name as ' Semac Consultants Limited vide fresh certificate of incorporation effective from May 19, 2025. The Company is engaged in the business as Engineering and Procurement Contractors (EPC), general engineers, mechanical engineers, process engineers, civil engineers, general mechanical and civil contractors, Design (covering architectural structural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical &Plumbing), Interiors etc & warehousing storage solutions) and construction.
