Further, it converted the status into a Public Company and the name of Company has been changed to 'Century Business Media Limited' dated September 16, 2024 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre. Company offers Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising solutions across digital and non-digital formats, primarily in Airport (AOOH) and Railway (ROOH) segments, and recently in Metro (MOOH) advertising on Platform Screen Doors.

Incorporated in July 1974, Vapi Enterprise Limited, formerly Vapi Paper Mills Limited was promoted by the late Rambhai H Patel, Jayantibhai R Patel and their associates.
The Company provides services of lease rental and job work services with many businesses.
The name of the Company was changed from Vapi Paper Mills Limited to Vapi Enterprise Limited on October 8, 2013.
Prior to this, it was engaged in manufacture of Paper and Paper Products. Vapi Paper Mills was set up as Kraft Paper & Board Mills having the installed capacity of approx. 6000 tons per annum.
The installed capacity was gradually increased to 19,000 TPA. The products are used mainly in the packaging industry - corrugated boxes, textile tubes, paper cones, etc. In 1985, VPM diversified into processing, twisting and texturising yarn at Silvassa, Dadra & Nagar Haveli.
