About CHL Ltd

CHL Limited was originally incorporated as 'Cosmopolitan Builders and Hoteliers Private Limited' vide Certificate of Incorporation dated March 16, 1979.
Subsequently, the Company got converted into a Public Limited Company and the name was changed to Cosmopolitan Builders and Hoteliers Limited and to 'Cosmopolitan Hotels Ltd' dated April 29, 1982 and further was renamed to 'CHL Limited' vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated December 11, 1997. The New Delhi based CHL Limited, has been in the hotel business for over a decade.
It has a tie-up with the Sofitel Chain of Hotels.
The Company is presently operating a Five Star Deluxe Hotel since 1982, presently named as 'Hotel The Suryaa' in New Delhi. 'Hotel The Suryaa', a 5-Star Deluxe Hotel owned by CHL Limited is located at New Friends Colony in South Delhi, at a distance of 20 minutes drive from Connaught Place and 40 minutes drive from the domestic airport.

About Lords Ishwar Hotels Ltd

Lords Ishwar Hotels Limited was originally incorporated on the 14 November, 1985 as 'Ishwar Bhuvan Hotels Private Limited', with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat.
The Company was converted into Public Limited Company on 07 April, 1994 and subsequently the Company name was changed to Ishwar Bhuvan Hotels Limited.
Further the Company changed its name from 'Ishwar Bhuvan Hotels Limited' to 'Lords Ishwar Hotels Limited' and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation was obtained on September 27, 2010. Further, the Company acquired a non-agricultural plot of land measuring 1278 sq. mtrs in 1985 with the object of starting three star hotel in Baroda.
The excavation and site development work started in 1989 along with the building construction and got completed by December, 1994.
With the main object to carry on Hospitality Business, Company came forward with Public Issue in the year 1997.
