About CHL Ltd

CHL Limited was originally incorporated as 'Cosmopolitan Builders and Hoteliers Private Limited' vide Certificate of Incorporation dated March 16, 1979.
Subsequently, the Company got converted into a Public Limited Company and the name was changed to Cosmopolitan Builders and Hoteliers Limited and to 'Cosmopolitan Hotels Ltd' dated April 29, 1982 and further was renamed to 'CHL Limited' vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated December 11, 1997. The New Delhi based CHL Limited, has been in the hotel business for over a decade.
It has a tie-up with the Sofitel Chain of Hotels.
The Company is presently operating a Five Star Deluxe Hotel since 1982, presently named as 'Hotel The Suryaa' in New Delhi. 'Hotel The Suryaa', a 5-Star Deluxe Hotel owned by CHL Limited is located at New Friends Colony in South Delhi, at a distance of 20 minutes drive from Connaught Place and 40 minutes drive from the domestic airport.

About Sterling Green Woods Ltd

Sterling Green Woods Limited (Formerly known as Sterling Enterprises Limited) was incorporated in May, 1992.
Established way back in 1970 as a partnership firm, the Company was dealing in estate development, construction contracts and organizing land and housing development schemes and acting as engineers, designers, architects and consultants.
It pioneered into the field of land development schemes of fully self-sufficient mini-townships. The Company was converted into a Joint-Stock Company in April, 1992 and was later converted into a Public Company.
Promoted by the Sterling Group of Ahmedabad, the Company implemented a holiday-resort project - Greenwoods Lake Holiday Resort, about 10 km from Ahmedabad in 1994.
It came out with a public issue in April, 1994 to part-finance the project.
