Subsequently, Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and the name was changed to 'Clear Secured Services Limited' pursuant to a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated March 06, 2025 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. Company is a service provider primarily engaged in providing Facility Management Services in supply of manpower for ATM Caretaking & Maintenance, Housekeeping services, Security Guard services, Construction of ATM sites, Repairs & Maintenance of ATM sites, Erection and installation of Telecom towers and allied support services.
