About CMR Green Technologies Ltd

CMR Green Technologies Limited was incorporated in New Delhi as Grand Metal Industries Private Limited' dated August 23, 2005.
Thereafter, pursuant to conversion to a Public Company, name of the Company was changed to Grand Metal Industries Limited', on May 28, 2020.
Subsequently, the name was again changed to CMR Green Technologies Limited' following the Scheme of Arrangement and a a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated August 11, 2021 issued to Company by the RoC. The Company is primarily focused on the recycling of aluminum, which involves processing of aluminium based metal scrap to manufacture aluminium alloys and supplying them both in liquid form as well as solid ingots, and on the manufacturing of zinc alloys.
Additionally, the Company focus on segregation and recycling of other metals including stainless steel, copper and brass, and recycling of end-of-life vehicles by undertake dismantling, shredding and sorting of ELV parts.

About Defrail Technologies Ltd

The foundation of Defrail Technologies Limited, was laid in 1980 when the Promoter Mr. Dinesh Aggarwal who established Vikas Rubber Industries, a sole proprietorship firm located in Tigaon, Near Ballabgarh Village, Faridabad to manufacture various rubber parts to serve individual consumers.
As the proprietorship firm expanded, it relocated in 2001 to a larger facility in Neemka Village, situated along the Tigaon Road, Near Ballabgarh, Faridabad.
This facility now serves as the company's current manufacturing plant, supporting enhanced production capacity and operational efficiency. Also, with the objective to manufacture, import, export and deal with all types of parts and by-products made of rubber streamline operations, a new corporate entity, Impex Hi-Tech Rubber Private Limited., was formed in July 2021 by the present Promoters- Ms.
