The Company is engaged in the business of development of theatres, entering into the franchise agreements specializing for exhibition and distribution of films, sharing revenue of screening of movies, sale of food & beverages and Sharing of Revenue from sale of Food & Beverages & advertisements at Various Franchised Cinema, and other related business under the brand name 'CONNPLEX'.
