About Cords Cable Industries Ltd

Cords Cable Industries Limited (CCIL) was incorporated on October 21, 1991 as 'Cords Cable Industries Private Limited' by a group of three professionals, Mr. Naveen Sawhney, Mr. D.K. Prashar and Mr. Rakesh Malhotra, to cater to the growing requirement for high quality customised cables.
One of the main objects was to acquire and take over as a going concern the partnership business carried on under the name and style of 'Cords Cable Industries'.
The Company became a deemed public limited company w.e.f July 1, 1997 and restored its status of private limited company again w.e.f February 6, 2003.
The Company got converted into a public limited company. CCIL is a specialised Control & Instrumentation cable company offering wide range of cable products to multiple industries.
It designs, develops and manufactures a varied range of Instrumentation, Control, Power, Thermocouple Extension / Compensating, Power and Communication Cables.

About Plaza Wires Ltd

Plaza Wires Limited was originally incorporated as Navratna Wires Private Limited' on August 23, 2006 with the RoC, Delhi and Haryana.
The Company converted to Plaza General Cable Wire Private Limited on October 26, 2007 and further to Plaza Wires Private Limited' on February 06, 2009.
Thereafter, Company converted the status into a Public Limited and name of the Company got changed to Plaza Wires Limited' w.e.f.
March 10, 2022. Plaza Wires are an ISO 9001:2015 and 14001:2015 certified company engaged into the business of manufacturing and selling of electrical wires, and selling and marketing of LT aluminium cables and fast moving electrical goods (FMEG).
The existing manufacturing unit is located at Baddi, Himachal Pradesh.
