About Cresanto Global Limited

Cresanto Global Limited was initially incorporated as a private limited company on March 30, 1992, in the name of 'Raymed Labs Private Limited.' Pursuant to a special resolution passed by the members on September 27, 1993, the Company was converted into a public limited Company and renamed as Raymed Labs Limited.
Further, on April 21, 2025, the members approved the change of name of the Company from Raymed Labs Limited to Cresanto Global Limited. The Company was earlier engaged in the business of pharmaceuticals.
With the induction of the new management following the takeover of the Company, a strategic review of the existing business activities was undertaken.
Considering the emerging opportunities, long-term growth prospects, and alignment with the vision of the new Promoters, the Board of Directors, at its meeting held on 27%' January, 2025, approved a proposal for alteration of the main objects of the Company.

About Deccan Polypacks Ltd

Incorporated in 1984, Deccan Polypacks Limited (DPL) commenced its business in 1987 in the State of Andhra Pradesh.
The Company is part of the well established Group having diversified interests.
The Company is engaged in manufacture of HDPE/PP Woven sacks/fabric, film ' covers, HMHDPE/LDPE bags.
DPL has a capacity to manufacture and supply 3.5 million bags per month from its own manufacturing facility. The woven sacks is alternate packing medium in comparison with jute or paper bags.
These bags are preferred by cement and fertilizer companies due to low cost, good external appearance, long shelf life, easy to handle, moisture resistance etc.
