About Cresanto Global Limited

Cresanto Global Limited was initially incorporated as a private limited company on March 30, 1992, in the name of 'Raymed Labs Private Limited.' Pursuant to a special resolution passed by the members on September 27, 1993, the Company was converted into a public limited Company and renamed as Raymed Labs Limited.
Further, on April 21, 2025, the members approved the change of name of the Company from Raymed Labs Limited to Cresanto Global Limited. The Company was earlier engaged in the business of pharmaceuticals.
With the induction of the new management following the takeover of the Company, a strategic review of the existing business activities was undertaken.
Considering the emerging opportunities, long-term growth prospects, and alignment with the vision of the new Promoters, the Board of Directors, at its meeting held on 27%' January, 2025, approved a proposal for alteration of the main objects of the Company.

Polyplex Corporation Limited was incorporated in October, 1984.
Promoted by Sanjiv Saraf in association with Mahalaxi Trading & Investment Company, a non-resident corporate body, the Corporation is a leading Biaxially Oriented Polyethylene Terephthalate Film (BOPET) film producer.
It offers a wide range of plastic films across various substrates including BOPET (thin & thick), Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene Film (BOPP), Cast Polypropylene (CPP) and Blown Polypropylene/Polyethylene (Blown PP/PE).
Its portfolio of specialty, innovative and differentiated products are used across packaging, electrical & electronic and other industrial applications.
The Company currently operate a total base film capacity of ~439,437 MTPA as of March 31, 2024. Polyplex is the only global player with resin plants at all manufacturing locations.
