About Cresanto Global Limited

Cresanto Global Limited was initially incorporated as a private limited company on March 30, 1992, in the name of 'Raymed Labs Private Limited.' Pursuant to a special resolution passed by the members on September 27, 1993, the Company was converted into a public limited Company and renamed as Raymed Labs Limited.
Further, on April 21, 2025, the members approved the change of name of the Company from Raymed Labs Limited to Cresanto Global Limited. The Company was earlier engaged in the business of pharmaceuticals.
With the induction of the new management following the takeover of the Company, a strategic review of the existing business activities was undertaken.
Considering the emerging opportunities, long-term growth prospects, and alignment with the vision of the new Promoters, the Board of Directors, at its meeting held on 27%' January, 2025, approved a proposal for alteration of the main objects of the Company.

About Salguti Industries Ltd

Salguti Industries Limited was initially incorporated as Salguti Plastics Private Limited in October, 1984.
The Company became a Public Limited Company, changing its name to Salguti Plastics Limited in August, 1992 and thereafter to Salguti Industries Limited on 10 September, 2006. Company is Manufacturing HDPE/PP Woven sacks for packing of Fertilizers & Cement. The Company is a multi-activity group with a Rs. 150 Crores turnover, comprising three divisions with diverse interests in Woven Sacs and Textiles.
At present, Company is having 2 Plastic units at Hyderabad suburbans, manufacturing of HDPE/PP woven sacks to serve Fertilizers, Sugar, Cement and Food Grain Industries.
The operations grew rapidly to lay solid foundations for giant surging ahead in diverse environments.
In span of two decades, the Company became the leading Woven sacs manufacturing unit in India and largest supplier in Telengana/ Andhra Pradesh.
