Again, the name was changed to Crizac Private Limited', dated December 15, 2023, by the RoC. The status of the Company was made Public Limited and the name of the Company was changed to Crizac Limited' pursuant to a fresh Certificate of Incorporation issued by the RoC on February 13, 2024. Crizac are one of the leading education platforms offering international student recruitment solutions to global institutions of higher education in United Kingdom, Canada, Republic of Ireland, Australia and New Zealand (ANZ).
