Crystal Business System Limited, formerly known as Chirau Broadcast Network Limited was incorporated on May 18, 1994.
The name of the Company was changed from Chirau Broadcast Network Limited' to Sadhna Broadcast Limited' w.e.f. 1st January, 2016 and again to Crystal Business System Limited w.e.f.
May 1, 2025.
The Company is engaged in the business of launching television channels, for news, films, music, serial, and others programmes and to carry on the business of T.V. News, films, music, serials and feature agency on a worldwide network having stringers, special correspondence, and representatives at different centres and other allied activities. The Company changed the main objects to carry on the business of entertainment, media, films, etc. in 2011-12.
The roots of Sadhna Broadcast can be glimpsed as a premier media house, initiating from TV programme production, outfit two decades back, to a modern television conglomerate running multiple channels in their respective genres.

Incorporated in 1991, Landmarc Leisure Corporation Limited engaged in the wellness, education and entertainment sectors.
The Company is part of the S. Kumar's group, and is focused on developing its leisure brand under two entities, Landmarc and Mikanos.
Landmarc is the brand used for family entertainment centers (FEC) and Mikanos for nightclubs. The Company has set up an FEC on its Company-owned 100,000 square feet mill land in mid town of Worli in Mumbai.
It opened nightclub under the Mikanos brand in the same premises.
The facilities at the FEC include indoor cricket and golf, a nightclub, health club and fitness center, a sports bar, food, go-karting, video games, roller skating, bowling and shopping facilities. Landmarc Films', A Division of the Company, is a multidisciplinary production house setup established in 2011, involved in development, production, marketing & distribution of feature films, documentaries, short films and promote all kinds of cinema, filmmaking and creativity.
