The name of the Company was changed to G R Infraprojects Limited' vide Fresh Certificate issued by the RoC, Rajasthan on August 31, 2007. G R Infraprojects Limited is a fully integrated infrastructure development company with a strong presence in the road sector, undertaking projects on Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC), Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT), Design-Build-Finance-Operate-Transfer (DBFOT), and Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM).
