About DCM Shriram International Ltd

DCM Shriram International Limited was incorporated as a Public limited company and a Certificate of Incorporation dated September 07, 2022 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre, Manesar.
The Company is engaged in business of Rayon, Nylon, Nylon Tyre cord, greige fabrics and industrial yarns etc. Prior to the Demerger, Company was a wholly owned subsidiary of DCM Shriram Industries Limited.
The main object of the Company is to carry on the business of design, development, manufacturing and sale of commercial vehicles.
Pursuant to the NCLT-sanctioned Scheme, the Rayon Undertaking-which includes the Rayon business, Defence, and the Engineering Projects Section-has been demerged and vested into the Company with effect from April 1, 2023.
As a result, Company has emerged as an independent corporate entity specifically focused on the growth and expansion of the Rayon and Engineering businesses effective from 17th December,2025.

Le Merite Exports Limited was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company in name and style of 'Didwaniya Yarn Exports Private Limited' on December 24, 2003 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai.
Further, name of the Company was changed to 'Le Merite Exports Private Limited' and the Assistant Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai issued a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated September 02, 2004, upon change of name.
