DCM Shriram International Limited was incorporated as a Public limited company and a Certificate of Incorporation dated September 07, 2022 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre, Manesar.
The Company is engaged in business of Rayon, Nylon, Nylon Tyre cord, greige fabrics and industrial yarns etc. Prior to the Demerger, Company was a wholly owned subsidiary of DCM Shriram Industries Limited.
The main object of the Company is to carry on the business of design, development, manufacturing and sale of commercial vehicles.
Pursuant to the NCLT-sanctioned Scheme, the Rayon Undertaking-which includes the Rayon business, Defence, and the Engineering Projects Section-has been demerged and vested into the Company with effect from April 1, 2023.
As a result, Company has emerged as an independent corporate entity specifically focused on the growth and expansion of the Rayon and Engineering businesses effective from 17th December,2025.

Pyotex Industries Limited was originally incorporated on October 24, 2019 as 'Piotex Industries Private Limited' with Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre.
Subsequently Company was converted into Public Limited and name of the Company changed from 'Piotex Industries Private Limited' to 'Piotex Industries Limited' vide certified dated August 11, 2023 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Pune. The Company is into the business of contract manufacturing and trading of yarn, fabric and cotton bales.
