About DCM Shriram International Ltd

DCM Shriram International Limited was incorporated as a Public limited company and a Certificate of Incorporation dated September 07, 2022 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre, Manesar.
The Company is engaged in business of Rayon, Nylon, Nylon Tyre cord, greige fabrics and industrial yarns etc. Prior to the Demerger, Company was a wholly owned subsidiary of DCM Shriram Industries Limited.
The main object of the Company is to carry on the business of design, development, manufacturing and sale of commercial vehicles.
Pursuant to the NCLT-sanctioned Scheme, the Rayon Undertaking-which includes the Rayon business, Defence, and the Engineering Projects Section-has been demerged and vested into the Company with effect from April 1, 2023.
As a result, Company has emerged as an independent corporate entity specifically focused on the growth and expansion of the Rayon and Engineering businesses effective from 17th December,2025.

About United Cotfab Ltd

United Cotfab Limited was originally incorporated as United Cotfab LLP as a limited liability partnership dated August 25, 2015, with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Havelli.
Later on, United Cotfab LLP was converted into United Cotfab Private Limited dated November 2, 2023 and then to United Cotfab Limited with a fresh certificate of incorporation dated December 14, 2023 obtained from the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad. The company is engaged in the manufacturing of high quality open end yarn catering to the textile industry. During Financial Year 2020-23, Company was in the process acquisition of land admeasuring area of 7264 sq mtrs located at Village Timba, Taluka Daskroi, Ahmedabad, for setting up Manufacturing facility having an installed capacity of approx 9125 (MT) per annum.
