Deccan Transcon Leasing Limited was incorporated on February 05, 2007, at Andhra Pradesh as Libenil Logistics Private Limited', a Private Limited Company by the Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh.
The Company name was changed to Deccan Transcon Leasing Private Limited', vide certified dated July 12, 2013, issued by the RoC, Andhra Pradesh.
The Company status then got converted into a Public Limited and the name changed to Deccan Transcon Leasing Limited' through fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated March 27, 2024, issued by the RoC to Company. The Company provide end-to-end solutions for freight & shipping services which include domestic logistic of tank containers, Tank fleet management solution, custom clearance and transportation, Non-Vessel Operating Common Carriers (NVOCC) services.

Gateway Distriparks Limited (GDL) was initially incorporated as Gateway Rail Freight Limited on April 06, 1994 and got Certificate of Commencement of Business on October 24, 1994.
Pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation, Company's name was changed from 'Gateway Rail Freight Limited' to 'Gateway Distriparks Limited' on February 11, 2022. The Company is promoted by Mr. Prem Kishan Dass Gupta and his family and through the wholly owned companies, Prism International Private Limited and Perfect Communications Private Limited.
Presently, it is in the business of providing inter-modal logistics with three synergetic verticals - Inland Container Depots (ICD) with rail movement of containers to major maritime ports, Container Freight Stations (CFS) and Temperature Controlled Logistics. GDL has a network of 10 owned container terminals and 1 rail serviced container terminal strategically located across the country, operating a fleet of 34 trainsets along with 560+ trailers for transportation between its facilities and maritime ports, as well as first & last mile connectivity to provide end to end solutions to the EXIM industry.
