Deepak Nitrite Limited (DNL) is a prominent chemical manufacturing company.
The Company manufactures Advanced Intermediates.
It has a diversified portfolio of chemical intermediates that cater to various end-user industries and falls under Strategic Business Units (SBUs) of Basic Chemicals (BC), Fine and Speciality Chemicals (FSC) and Performance Products (PP).
Company is having two state-of-the-art pilot facilities, one each at Roha, Maharashtra and Nandesari, Gujarat.
The pilot plants act as link between R&D and commercial production of various intermediates used in Agrochemicals, Dyes, Pharmaceuticals etc. Deepak Nitrite Limited was incorporated in June, 1970.

About IVP Ltd

Incorporated in 1929, IVP Limited is a manufacturer of vanaspati, vegetable oils, plasticisers, spark plugs, foundry chemicals, etc.
Initially known as Indian Vegetable Products, it was later taken over by the Atlanta Group in 1985, from its owner, Forbes, Forbes and Campbell.
Pioneering the manufacture of vanaspati in India in the thirties, the company has diversified and added a host of products in the past several decades.
In 1964, the company started the foundry chemicals division.
