Den Networks Limited was incorporated on 10 July, 2007.
The Company changed status from a Private Limited Company to a Public Limited Company on 15 April, 2008 thereby changing the name to 'DEN Digital Entertainment Networks Limited'.
Subsequently, the name of Company was again changed to 'DEN Networks Limited' on 27 June, 2008.
Through aggressive acquisition, Company has emerged as the larges national level MSO (Multi System Operator) in India.
It is primarily engaged in distribution of television channels through digital cable distribution network and provision of broadband services. DEN Networks Limited, founded and promoted by Industry veteran Sameer Manchanda, serves an estimated 11 million subscribers in over 115 cities across 13 major Indian states.

About Siti Networks Ltd

Siti Networks Limited was originally incorporated as 'Wire and Wireless (India) Limited' on March 24, 2006.
The Company was formed as a part of the whole demerger of Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited, in which all the Cable TV Distribution Business within Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited and Siticable Networks Limited was transferred to the Company effective from March 31, 2006.
Later, upon the Scheme of Arrangement for Demerger, Company had changed the name to 'Siti Cable Network Limited' on September 5, 2012 and further to 'Siti Networks Limited' on August 5, 2016.
The Company is engaged in distribution of television channels to its subscribers through digital cable distribution network and allied services. Company operates India's premium digital TV network.
As one of India's largest Multi System Operator (MSO), it has 6 digital head ends and a vast network of over 33,000 km of Optical Fibre and coaxial cable.
