About Dhanwel Hybrid Seeds Ltd

Dhanwel Hybrid Seeds Limited was originally formed as a partnership firm under the name of M/s Super Vegetable Seeds' pursuant to a deed of partnership dated January 01, 2018.
Subsequently, the Firm was converted from M/s Super Vegetable Seeds' into public Limited Company as Dhanwel Hybrid Seeds Limited', pursuant to a certificate of Incorporation dated February 20, 2024 obtained from the Central Registration Centre. The Company is engaged in the business of seed manufacturing, which includes the development, multiplication, processing, and supply of seeds for a variety of field crops and vegetables.
The seed production process is carried out in a structured manner across multiple stages and involves the use of improved genetic seed material procured from recognised source.
Such seed material is multiplied, processed, conditioned, and handled with prescribed agronomic and processing practices to produce seeds suitable for agricultural use, including seeds supplied to farmers for crop cultivation.

About Sharat Industries Ltd

Sharat Industries Limited, formerly known as Sharat Seafoods Private Limited was incorporated on 7 May 1990 and became public limited company in 1992 and changed to its current name, Sharat Industries Limited, on June 13, 1996.
It was promoted by S. Prasad Reddy, Smt S. Devaku and Top Fortune International, Singapore. In initial years, the Company cultured and processed Black Tiger shrimp before eventually producing Scampi shrimp.

It pioneered Vannamei (white shrimp) breeding and culture in India which played a pivotal role in reviving the country's aquaculture industry and today, it has operations across the entire value chain of the shrimp industry through its four business divisions: Hatchery, Shrimp Farming, Shrimp Feed and Shrimp Processing.
