The Company is principally engaged in the business of manufacture and sale of TMT (Thermo-Mechanical Treatment) bars, Rounds, Squares, Angles, etc. and trading of Billets, Blooms, Ingots, Iron ores, etc.
The Company is an integrated manufacturer of diverse range of Iron & steel products with its manufacturing facilities located at Vizianagaram, Andhra Pradesh. Narayani TMT is India's leading ISO certified Company in the metal sector with core business of steel & coal trading of hot rolled steel products including BIS Standard - ISI marked Narayani TMT re-bar of FE 500 grade quality at par with major steel producers in the country.

Riddhi Steel and Tube Limited was originally incorporated on September 07, 2001, as Riddhi Steel and Tube Private Limited with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat.
Company was converted into a Public Limited company and accordingly the name was changed to Riddhi Steel and Tube Limited.
A fresh Certificate of Incorporation was issued on February 01, 2016 by Registrar of Companies, Gujarat. The Company is engaged in activity of manufacturing and trading of Steel and tube pipes including power sector, agro based industries, construction industries, and gas transportation, fire-fighting applications etc.
It manufactures steel square hollow sections (SHS) and rectangular hollow sections (RHS) in a various size and thickness.
