Diksha Polymers Limited was originally incorporated on March 03, 1998, under the name and style of 'Vijay Pet Plast India Private Limited' with the Registrar of Companies, Madhya Pradesh.
Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed to 'Diksha Polymers Private Limited' on February 16, 2000 by the Registrar of Companies, Madhya Pradesh.
Thereafter, the status was changed to Public Company and the name of the Company was changed to 'Diksha Polymers Limited' and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued on June 18, 2024 by Central Registration Centre, Haryana. Company manufactures PET Bottles, Containers, Preforms, and Caps primarily used for beverages and oils and sell in Business-to-Business Model operating through three dedicated manufacturing facilities units located in the Industrial Area, Gwalior.

About Jauss Polymers Ltd

Incorporated in February, 1987, Jauss Polymers Limited (JPL) is one of the oldest Pet Bottle and Jar Manufacturers in India.
The Company is engaged in job work and manufacturing of pet jars/bottles and caps. The Company was established In 1989 with Its First Plant in Kurali (Dist.
Ropar) 25 Km. from Chandigarh .The Second Plant was commissioned at Surajpur, Greater Noida in 1992.
Presently all operations are undertaken at its Plant in Malpur, Baddi, Himanchal Pradesh.
Realizing the potential of a food grade and recyclable polymer as versatile as PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate), the Company ventured in the field of manufacturing of all types of PET bottles, containers, jars etc using advanced Injection Stretch Blow Molding(ISBM) technology. The Second Plant was started in Surajpur, Greater Noida in 1992.
