Later on, it was converted from Private Limited to Public Limited and the name of Company was changed to 'Dipna Pharmachem Limited' vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation issued by Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad dated May 25, 2022. Dipna Pharmachem Limited is a trader, importer, and exporter in industrial Chemical and Pharmaceutical Raw materials, APIs, solvents, and Formulation since 2011.
Presently, its product portfolio comprises of 61 AIPs and AIPs intermediates such as Cephalosporins, Cardiovasculars, Anti - Bactaria, Quinolones, Veterinary, Anti - Virus, Anti - Inflammatory, Neuropsychiatry, Steroid Hormone, other etc.

Incorporated in November, 1994, Parmax Pharma Limited (PPL) was promoted by Jayantilal S Dhol, Purushottam J Bhalodi and Prabhudas D Hansalpara.
The Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) and Contract Manufacturing Operations ( CMO) business are the key pillar of Parmax's pharmaceutical operations.
